Mr. Damp is Managing Partner of Kestrel Capital Partners (a private investment firm). From October 1996 to June 1998, Mr. Damp was Chairman, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Accugraph Corporation (a telecommunications software provider). Prior to November 1994, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of SHL Systemhouse Inc., and prior to October 1990, a partner at KPMG LLP. Mr. Damp is currently a director of several other private companies. Mr. Damp is a chartered accountant.
A Director since December 2001, Mr. Damp is Board Chairman, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Schmid joined Davis + Henderson in 2007 as President of one of Davis + Henderson's operating divisions and has served as the Corporation's President and Chief Operating Officer since 2009 before commencing his term as Chief Executive Officer in February 2012. Mr. Schmid has over 15 years of experience in financial services and prior to joining Davis + Henderson he served as head of the deposits and overdraft lending business of Lloyds TSB Bank in the United Kingdom and in Canada as Chief Operating Officer of CIBC’s retail bank. Mr. Schmid is a member of the Toronto Cabinet of the United Way.
Ms. Costello is the former Chief Executive Officer of BMO Financial Corp. and U.S. Country Head of Bank of Montreal, where she was responsible for providing governance and regulatory oversight for all of BMO’s U.S. businesses. Prior to that she was Chief Executive Officer of BMO Harris Bank for five years where she was responsible for BMO’s U.S. personal and commercial business. Ms. Costello joined BMO Financial Group in 1983 and held a wide range of senior leadership positions across corporate banking and capital markets in the U.S., Canada and Asia, during her tenure with the Bank. Ms. Costello was named one of “The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” by American Banker five years running.

Mr. Feeney is Chairman of Rideau Recognition Solutions Inc. and Rainsford Lane Prestige Properties Ltd, and is a director at Wheels Group Inc. Mr. Feeney joined the RBC Financial Group in 1959 and retired as Deputy Chairman in June 2001. Mr. Feeney was Chairman of Canada Post Corporation from September 2004 until April 2007.
A Director since July 2002, Mr. Feeney is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and the Governance and Nominating Committee.
Mr. Foulkes is a Coporate Director and a former executive of TD Bank Group, having held a variety of executive positions over 30 years with the bank and retiring in late 2006 as President & Chief Executive Officer, TD Waterhouse UK. He was also previously a director and Chairman of Symcor Services Inc. Mr. Foulkes is currently a director and Chairman of the Royal Conservatory of Music and a director of the Canadian Depository for Securities (now part of TMX Group), First Nations Bank of Canada and eHealth Ontario.
A Director since May 2007, Mr. Foulkes is Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee.
Ms. Heiden is the former Co-President of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she was jointly responsible for the overall business strategy of the mortgage division. She began her career with Wells Fargo & Company (formerly Norwest Corporation) in 1981, and held a wide range of senior leadership positions in personal and commercial banking, including Chief Financial Officer of Norwest Bank Iowa and Norwest Mortgage, respectively. Ms. Heiden has been national advocate for the fair treatment of consumers and worked to establish a set of uniform guidelines for the mortgage industry. She has also testified before the U.S. House of Representatives and addressed several other forums on the topic of responsible lending and servicing. Ms. Heiden is a multi-year honoree of “The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” by American Banker, ranking seventh in 2010. She also currently serves on the Board of GuideOne Mutual Insurance Company, an Iowa-based insurance solutions company.

Deborah Kerr is a proven technology leader in the software industry with more than 20 years of diverse management experience. As Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Sabre®, she is responsible for leading the global product and technology organization. Prior to her appointment at Sabre, Ms. Kerr was Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer at FICO, a leader in predictive analytics and decision management technology. Her prior experience includes senior leadership roles with Hewlett-Packard, Peregrine Systems and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
A Director since May 2013, Ms. Kerr is a member of the Audit Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
Mr. Nullmeyer was appointed President of Element Financial Corporation (a finance company) in September 2012. Prior to that, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of A&A Capital (a private investment company). From 1999 to 2001 he was Chief Executive Officer, Vendor Finance of CIT Group (a finance company) and, prior to 1999, President of Newcourt Financial (a finance company). Mr. Nullmeyer is a Chartered Accountant.
A Director since December 2001, Mr. Nullmeyer is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Ms. Sinclair is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BankWorks Trading Inc. (a consulting and satellite communications company). From October 1989 to June 1996, Ms. Sinclair was President of the Canadian Bankers Association. Ms. Sinclair is a director of a number of other organizations including TD Bank Financial Group and EPCOR Utilities Inc.
